Welcome

Sarom's Southern Kitchen opened in 2015 in Sacramento, CA to the delight of Cambodian cook-business woman, Sarom Doeuk.  Her love for cooking started at a young age.  Having owned several donut shops in the past, she decided to open the restaurant after her daughter visited the South and encouraged her to learn and cook Southern dishes.  A second location opened in Elk Grove, CA in 2018.  Sarom oversees the first restaurant with her sister, and daughter while her son and son-in-law manage the second location.

The restaurants feature Southern-style cooking, barbeque, and delicious homemade desserts.  Some favorite dishes include the jambalaya, chicken and waffles, BTA omelette, St. Louis spare ribs, and gumbo.  Dessert specialties include sweet potato pie, sweet potato cake, pecan pie, and peach cobbler.
